(Addressing each of our bodies of existence ~ physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) *Use a pendulum as a tool for self assessment prior to self healing treatments and after. *Access, clear, energize, stabilize and ground each energetic center in the body. *Use Sound healing as a means of loving self back to Self. Our Voice is a powerful tool in the solution to healing one's Self back to wholeness.
